Order Policies

Ordering

Orders can be placed in three convenient ways:

   1. By email - Our email is sales@imperial-rental.com

   2. By website - Website orders will be sent to our email

   3. By phone - Monday thru Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the following business day.

 

Confirmations

After placing your order, the items requested will be checked against our current inventory for availability.  If items requested are not available you will be contacted by email or phone to discuss possible alternatives.  After all items are reserved your order will be translated into a contract.  The contract will then be emailed to you within 48 hours.  It is your responsibility to review the contract for accuracy.  All orders taken by phone will be sent a contract for confirmation.  

 

Cancellations & Changes

Additions to orders for pick up can be made at any time.

Additions to orders for shipping can be made until noon the day before the shipping date.

All other changes, deletions and cancellations must be submitted 48 hours prior to ship date.

Deposits will not be returned for changes, deletions and cancellations that occur within 48 hours of ship date, and a 40 percent restocking fee will be added. 

Please remember that once we reserve an order, we turn away other orders to keep our commitment to you.
